  • I love Jason's Deli but I haven't visited this one before (I can't believe I didn't visited this one until the last week of exams). I know the menu inside out and know how it should come out. So I was disappointed when my chicken pot pie in a bread bowl came to my table cold (not even lukewarm). It didn't even connect until half way done (studying and all). But they're really accommadating. I didn't have to argue or plea my case. They simply took it back and just gave me a new order of my hot soup. Verdict: I'll still come back. Great customer service and food.
