On Friday February 3rd was my first experience using this location. As I was waiting in line, I could easily understand and see why this location had such a low rating and the horrible reviews. There were no friendly gestures or smiles. As I approached the counter, I basically received the same service. I found myself saying "hello" and "thank you" in which I was given a look but no response except to ask if I had a reservation. Smh. Lol.
Thank goodness the process for returns was simple , even with only one attendant to 20 customers. Upon returning home, I realized I dropped my garage remote control in the back seat and immediate called the Lost and Found hotline. Today is Wednesday the 8th and NO call back, I had no choice and returned to the location.
The line was long and I approached a teller just to ask for the location of List and Found. Her name was Alba. Although she was with a customer, Alba politely and with SMILE said she'll be with me in a moment as she finished with her customer. Without hesitation after she was done, she asked for details and right away went to look for my remote. Shortly after (2min) Alba returned with my remote and again, with a SMILE she verified my info.
Alba's customers service and SMILE has renewed my faith in this location and I will return. THANK YOU Alba for your help and keep up the good customer care personality. **im giving a decent rating if 4 STARS only because of Alba, otherwise, I would probably rate it a 2-3.
