| - I came in early for my 10am appt time, so to do paperwork if needed, only to be told after sitting for 35 minutes that 10am was my CHECK- IN time, not my APPT time. Seriously? I had to go to work which starts at 11:30a, I don't have time to waste like this. I certainly wouldnt have scheduled a 30-40 minute test knowing i have a long drive to get to work, it wouldn't have happened. Their next available appt time? Two weeks, unless I wanted a 9:30pm time. It was only after I asked for a manager that they "sqeezed" me in for an already booked Saturday. Then they blamed it all on a supposed new employee who wasn't in today, very convenient. During my exchange with the front office lady, another employee came up with some questions, and instead of talking to another front office worker who wasnt helping a customer, the lady helping me stopped working on my case and helped the employee out instead of finishing my issues first, while the other gal continued doing her own computer work. It was lousy customer service all the way around.
