rev:text	This place was the worse place to get a massage. I understand it's only $25 but i been to many places that have the same price range and this was absolutely the worse experience as far as customer service. I had a lady that kept disappearing while she was massaging me. I paid for 1hr massage, felt like it was only 30mins because she kept walking away for long periods of time. I was seriously going to walk away in the middle of the massage but decided to just stick it out and finish it. I KNOW there's a "suggested" tip but they feel like they're entitled to that tip, feels like it's more of a mandatory tip than suggested. So I didn't tip the "suggested" amount and the lady had the nerve to come out and run after me and yell. -first off, I worked in a tip industry and I know what it means getting great tips because you have given "great" service. Just because you did the job half-ass doesn't give you the right to chase after the customer and yell at them for not tipping you the amount you want. (Hint: tip is for how well you have provided for your services) -second thing, when she was outside yelling at me she said she would give me more time if I wanted. After I already put my clothes on, paid and about to go in my car to go home. So you're telling me to get undressed again for an extra 5-10min massage. NOT WORTH IT! If you truly wanted to give me more time that you would have done it in the first place. -third thing, the cashier at front tried to justify the lady's actions saying she might be too tired b/c it's towards closing shift and everything was just a miscommunication. If that's the case, then send them home. I'm paying for the service not for a tired person that just wants to go home. Give it to someone who actually wants to do it and needs the money. Overall, unacceptable actions and when there's unacceptable actions there's consequences. I will be taking my business and my amazing tips somewhere to someone who deserves it.
