  • The call was made on 6/16/17 with Paula for a 7/7/17 appt date for their So Pecos office. Today, 7/5/17, I get a RoboCall saying that my appt is in Summelin - it's about triple the distance & time to travel there from where I live. Now talking to Paula, she denies everything we spoke about on 6/16/17 - it's either be there in Summerlin on 7/7/17 or the next Pecos appt is not until end of July. These people just wasted my time in prepping for the appt [no contact lense use from 6/30/17 until 7/7/17, can't do this & that, etc] and now they just say "take it or leave it" ! I called my optician Dr Manos to stop recommending these people to their patients - bad recommendation/referral.
