If I could give zero stars I would- I haven't even been helped yet and I already hate this place( although it is never a pleasant experience at cox ) I came in just to drop off a box for my father since he cancelled his service. I was told when checking in that if I don't need a receipt I can just drop off but if I wanted a receipt I would have to wait 15 minutes. There should be a way I can get a receipt without having to wait, ex. Email, kiosk, etc) I was told there was no way to email a receipt . There has to be a more efficient way to operate this store like instead of having designated 2 people to open doors for people , and a person serving water have them help people instead - especially since the person that helps you walks you to the door anyway... So silly and a waste of everyone's time. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for the receipt .
