  • I waited for him to give me an estimate after he returned from a vacation. He shows up and pretty much wasted my time as he walked the house and complained about how hard the job would be and told me about everything negative about doing the whole project. He came out on a Monday and told me he would have the estimate by Friday. He never sent the estimate. He wasted my time. Don't waste your time having him come out and then not bid the job. Poor business ethics in my book.
