I would have given -10 stars if they have an option for me. Katrina was helping me and she has very bad service. She was rude. I was trying to pay for my mom's phone bill and ask her politely if she would be able to check the total for me since I wasn't really sure how much was that. She said she could not provide me any information. I asked her to try again since I have done this before at other AT&T and they were able to find out how much was the total for me. I even have the 4 digits passcode for my mom's number to access through it. I just wanted to make sure I paid for the right amount. It came out she sarcastically asked me to go to the other brunches instead after 15 minutes wait that I have been standing there. I told her I needed to pay here right away and she should never have said that to me. She could just insist politely on that she would not be able to do that and I would completely understand. After we were done with the process, she could not provide me the receipt. She said she did not have the printer there but I got the paper receipt last time I was there. I was so sure she was lying. I was very disappointed and did not want to go there again. I have been working as a customer service for years and I know she is not professional. I suggest you to go other brunches where retails are more professional and not rude.
