  • I am sad to say that this branch has failed with their customer service since Ken left the store. I have been waiting for over forty minutes to get to talk to a personal banker not becuase they are busy but becuase all the employee are doing something in the contour. They said hello and never got spoken to again. I have a lady next to me saying she has been waiting ten minutes more then I had. Just to tell you that I had a mortgage employee come see if he could help me but he couldn't becuase he does mortgage issues. It is sad to say that I am really close to closing my account and go to another bank. Well acctually I am canceling one account today sue to there lack of communication and commitment. My husband was right the first time when he said we should open our combine account at Bank of America. This branch is not making me happy it's been over an hour now and still hearing right this review.
