  • Disappointed. Great idea but poor execution in service. Showed up at 2pm on a Friday and only 2 stylists. 6 kids in line in front of me. No hello no be with you soon. Finally left after 30 min wait. Beware, seems like this might be more if a kids cuts place by what I saw today. If misbehaving, unruly kids don't bother you it might be ok. Just not for me.
