rev:text	The doctors here are great and they have taken care of me well during the times I've gone. Unfortunately, my low review is due to the front desk staff. Two of the ladies at the front desk were very rude to me, which I shrugged off because I thought they were busy and maybe were in a bad mood that day. However, shortly after, I witnessed them making fun of another patient right after this patient left. They were talking loudly and laughing at this person. I thought that was very unprofessional. Perhaps, if you make fun of your patients, don't do it in front of your other patients... Their behavior continued the entire hour I waited and then after I had my appointment and paid, they charged me more than what they originally had explained to me, had no remorse, and kept laughing amongst themselves at their mistake. Wish I had gotten their names.
