  • We got a car that stunk of smoke and was not clean. When I told the attendant when we dropped off the car, he couldn't have cared less. He just said "Well, I hope our service was 5 star!" Dude, I just told you that you guys gave me a car that wasn't cleaned and smelled. Nooooo, that's not 5 star service to me, thank you very much. Getting in and out of the airport was a nightmare, too.
