This was an extremely frustrating experience from the start. I re-ordered business cards, from a previous order, and had them shipped to a client. After the receipt date had come and gone and my client had contacted me, I found out they had not arrived in the stated time. I checked the account to see what was happening only to find out that there was a problem with my order. Never was I contacted, in any way, to tell me that there was any kind of a problem. I worked with Customer Service via email and was told that all I needed to do was resubmit. There was nothing they could do to expedite things unless I wanted to pay extra. I resubmitted the order and checked a few days later to find out there was an error again, still not notified in any way. This order was now over a month after I had originally made the order. Finally, I called Customer Service and was helped by a wonderful agent who actually took the time to look at the problem in my account. Somehow, my file had been corrupted. Since I had created the file on their website, I was unsure how this could happen. She explained the process to me and was able to send me a pdf of the file so that I could upload and resubmit. She refunded and cancelled my original order and gave me a discount for the new order. All in all, this wonderful lady saved the day and I will continue to use Overnight Prints.
