  • We used Pinnacle Air last year when a friend recommended them to us after we called 3 other companies when our A/C stopped working in the dead of summer. Brady answered the phone and was extremely polite and assured us that we would have someone out to us within an hour. They actually arrived 40 mins later and it ended up only being some kind of capacitor and cost us less than $100!! Couldn't have appreciated their truthfulness and kindness more. Will never use anyone else from now on!
