  • I found on CarGurus the exact Honda CR-V I wanted and it was located here. I called ahead to make sure the car was still available. When we arrived we were told Brian Barrett would be helping us. Since I wanted "that" car there was not any selling to do but Brian was knowledgeable of the process and walked us through it. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. During some of the time we had to wait (they were very busy), he and my husband had a very good conversation on macro economics. I would recommend Brian and our finance manager John Baker to all. The buying experience was actually pleasant. And you know not many car dealerships can have that said about them. Hope you feel as comfortable as I did.
