This is being written as a fair warning to those that may think the grounds are ok and the price is right, but in the long run your safety and security mean more First time was in March, intruders walked right past guest sleeping on the couch, two wallets and cash from a purse were stolen. WORSE YET THE afternoon manager had no RECOLECTION OF THE incident EVEN occurring, had to BE remind about installing some "security device". Second time, when incident was reported to management, they insinuated TENANTS SUGGESTING it might be someone renters knew. The renters? Both hard working college students that support themselves. An outright insult. Second TIME again while sleeping robbed but this time two cars taken (both recovered two days later, one was driven into a wall, one was driven alongside a wall-literally, and looked like the side panel had been pealed back. THOUSANDS of dollars in damage. Also, a wallet, cell phone, a COMPAC 17" laptop and a 15" MACBOOK PRO that was LOADED xxx WITH seven years of hard work in film and writing. Glendale Police Department did acquire prints, and did ONE drive through AT THE PROPERTY, BUT No extra security was given to complex from police department or management of apartment. **Offering a reward for return of macbook, no questions asked. *
