  • Short and sweet, please do not spend your money here. I have never felt so uncomfortable walking into a store. The staff I encountered was awful, BESTBUY @ Fiesta Mall had better pricing and the service guy was UNBELIEVABLE!! Dear sales department at gilbert location, customers service is a FREE skill you should learn and use all day everyday. My wife and I both agreed that we felt very unwelcome, we were just trying to spend our money on a new dash touch screen, too bad we had to give our money to best buy. Boooo audio express. Sorry we didnt walk in knowing as much about car audio as you guys, our bad.
