| - Lovely place for a day summer trip. This mini Canadian heritage is worth a visit. I would suggest 3-4 hours for the place if you are with kids, else 2-2.5 hours should be enough. They have 15$ entrance fee and 7 $ parking.
Some food and drinks are available at the entrance and towards the end of the village.
Carry water , if it hot there. Bring camera along, you will have chance to capture really amazing pics. I would suggest walking shoes and some summer dresses, you are gonna sweat !
They demonstration of 19th Century is awesome, they have excelled the art of preserving their heritage and you would feel being in the era. The demonstrators are quite knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They welcome all questions and love to show you , how things were done then. They have cobblers, blacksmith, wood loggers, cooks, printing press , and a lot more.
But the most fancy part is their Beer! Don't miss it! Their pub and beer tour is just so fascinating. 5$ a glass, who would want to miss it?
The souvenir shop is amazing too, Items are decently priced.
