  • We purchased our spa just over a year ago on a "info seeking" visit. The knowledge that Chuck has about spas is astounding. It's kind of overwhelming but he patiently explained all the bells and whistles that are possible and the different combos that are available. Before you know it...we purchased one. Well....we thought over the winter it would get alot of use--and it did...BUT what surprised me the most was the fact that we used it through the summer just as much. I love that the spas they carry are made in Las Vegas and can stand the weather in Arizona. We have had minor hiccups but they have been right out to tweak the problem and have always been a wealth of tips to help us preserve our spa... this has been the best way to relax and unwind after a long day and de stress. I haven't seen my chiro in a year and a half. This was a major purchase but every time we sit in it....its worth every penny!!! Thank you spa world, you all know yr stuff and we are so happy with our spa!!!
