Annoying Customer Service
New Summerlin Downtown Store has good selection of brands and reasonably equipped with testers. But compare with Sephora in Village Square, it provides rather mediocre experience. They were out of any items we want to buy on 3 occasions. Sales Girls in majority were smiley but poorly trained and hanging around the store in bulk (but when asked, only one girl was capable to give comprehensive answer). Layout is terrible (Urban Decay and Kat von D counters squished in odd location). And Girl on the register was seriously persuading me that our 10% VIB discount is smaller than 8.1% Nevada Sales tax. So they have to step up the game - ULTA near by is fantastic (ignoring naturally the brand selection) and Sephora at Village Square is still my go to location in spite I can actually walk to the Summerlin place.
