  • After living here for awhile , I've noticed some very irritating characteristics about this complex. 1. The gate is consistently broken 2. This isn't a true gated community, as you can walk right through the leasing office area through the pool to your parking spaces and apartments 3. The surrounding area is sketchy as hell. Weird people from the trailer parks walk up and down all night . 4. The staff has a high turnover rate 5. The harass you with eviction within 1 day of late rent. That's ridiculous. Some people actually forget the date . And cone home to changed locks . 6. Police activity in the complex has been high. I've seen police cars here three times in a month. That's not Luxury. 7. For what you get , the rent is way to high to deal with this environment.
