  • I bought my car here in September. After a few days I noticed my car was pulling to the left and so I called to have it serviced. I brought the car in a few days later and had it serviced. They said the alignment had been slightly off and that they fixed it. I took the car and noticed right away that it was still pulling to the left. It was pulling so much that the second I let go of the wheel, it immediately pulled to the next lane. I called again to have the car looked at and brought it down a few days later. I drove the car with a service manager and he said it was pulling and it should not be pulling that badly. He said he would have someone look at it. After leaving my car there all day, as I had done the time before, I went back and the service manager said the alignment was slightly off, but the cars were designed to pull to the left so that if you fall asleep the car will pull you. Why would you want a car to pull you into oncoming traffic if you fall asleep??? To cause immediate death instead of pulling you off the road??? I took the car and then realized it was still pulling to the left! I brought my car in to be serviced and they said they did yet another alignment and an oil change. I told them that I knew the car was pulling and this can cause other problems with the car and if the tires went bad quickly or wore unevenly then they would need to pay for new ones. I took the car and it was STILL pulling to the left. At this point, I started working more and just figured there was nothing I could do about it. I brought the car for another oil change and told them it was still pulling and left it there all day. They said they would do another inspection and see what was wrong. I took the car home and it was still pulling. At this point, I was very upset. I called and spoke with the manager of the service department, Emilio, and he was very rude and told me the cars were designed that way and that there was nothing he could do for me. He also interrupted me while I was speaking several times and I finally hung up. He then called me back and said I interrupted him by hanging up! I told him I didn't want to speak to him and to please not call me again. I have called there 4 times to speak to the general manager, and no one has called me back. I have since taken my car to another Nissan dealer and they said there was a bulletin about the car pulling to the left and tried to fix it. It is still pulling. I still have not received a call back from them.
