It's clean, inviting, and I love the staff here. They motivate you, push you hard but don't push you to your death bed. It took a little time for me to fully grasp the concept but once you get the hang of it, it's easy breezy. Just listen very closely - I am slightly deaf so my gf walked me through it. I would recommend coming earlier to sign up for the free trail class and then talk to the trainer/or front desk for some insight. Meet people there, everyone is super friendly, follow their lead. I drive 15 miles to com here, this particular branch is my favorite.
