  • I had a service request through my home warranty for my A/C unit blowing warm air. With the impending high temps for the weekend, we weren't about to push our unit. Our home warranty had initially assigned our ticket to another vendor. However when they neglected to call us I asked for a new vendor. That is when Aaahhh Home Services got the call. Our ticket got switched on the Memorial Day holiday so I figured I wouldn't get a call that day. On Tuesday morning my husband received the call and was told that we had a window of time that morning that a Tech would be coming by. Jesus showed up and was friendly and professional. He took a look at our unit and even went into the attic to look around (thank goodness it wasn't too hot yet). He didn't see that anything was wrong with the unit and it was for him blowing out cool air. He mentioned all this to my husband and simply left it with if it starts blowing warm again, call us and I'll head back. Well sure enough a few hours later the unit started blowing warm and eventually started warming my house up. We didn't turn the unit off because we wanted Jesus to be able to feel it. Jesus came back and decided that the best plan of action would just be to replace the condenser. Therefore, he swapped that out and sure enough we haven't had a problem again. Granted it's only been 24 hours since the replacement.......but I'll take it. Jesus was friendly when leaving and said that we shouldn't have a problem with it doing that again. Everything else looked fine up there. He told us that if anything else should happen to feel free and give him a call on his cell phone because we could reach him quicker there. I felt so frustrated with my home warranty and the first vendor that they set us up with that this was a nice end result to have. Thank you Aaahh Home Services for being available and being on the west side of town!
