  • Be very careful when getting work done at this place. I have had to bring my bike in three times over for the same repair, every time at an additional cost to me of course, because they dont want to even entertain the suggestion that they might have screwed up the work, and why would they want to take care of a returning customer (which I was until now) right? And that is what bothered me the most: their attitude. They have no time for you and they act like they are doing you a favor by even talking to you. I dont have enough adjectives to express how bad their customer service is, they just dont want you around. I will never go back to this place, and I will look at it with contempt every time I drive by it (which I do every day, ugh) Does anybody know a good Honda shop?
