  • This is for Dr. Sanjay, front office , and the billing department. I received a bill dated 5/29/15 on 6/4/15 and it was due on 6/8/15. That is ridiculous I had 2 business days to pay it on time. THEY DON'T EVEN SEND YOU A RETURN ENVELOPE THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE. I am a Breast Cancer survivor and the doctor knows that being as he administered WAY TOO MUCH ANESTHESIA TO ME ON 4/27/15 at Mountain View Hospital as he watched my doctor performed reconstructive nipple surgery. Dr. Sanjay never came into the room to ask me any questions. I have always paid all of my bills and if I couldn't pay the entire balance at once I would make payment arrangements. I PAID THE $66 DOLLARS ON CHECK #3240 ON 6/26/15 that was when I was able to pay the bill. I called their office and they were rude and I did let them know when I would be paying them the $66. I am sorry but some of us don't have money coming out of our butts to pay you in 2 business days. Then on July 3rd 2015 I received another bill dated 7/1/15 FINAL NOTICE you can keep sending me final notices I will just have my attorney contact you office believe me its going to cost you guys more than $66 dollars. Your business really needs to get it together and if your billers even had a clue to what they were doing then they would of sent the claim back with the information requested and they would of been paid by the Insurance. To make a long story short I would of probably never have been charged. You as a doctor set an example for you employees and if your employees hate their jobs then fire them all and get a new staff of employees that want to work with the public. I would of loved to meet you Dr. Sanjay, but apparently you were too busy. You as a doctor should always go and speak to the patient you don't know me from adam. if you would of taken the time to meet me you would have known how dangerous Anesthesia is for me. Your so very lucky god was on your side that day because you could of cost me my life. I have a terrible reaction to Anesthesia and I have a very difficult time waking up and one time they weren't so sure I was going to wake up and it was after my double mastectomy. Because the Anesthesiologists thought I didn't know what I was talking about and he gave me way too much. The Nurse told me finally your awake we have been trying to wake you up for 2 hours. She was worried my husband was in the waiting room scared to death. You might want to make sure you visit your patients before they have surgery that day just saying but rest assure you will never administer Anesthesia to me again.
