  • I'll try to make this review shorter than the 7 HOURS it took them to complete a simple rear brake job. No kidding. After finding out the price they wanted for brand new drums (saying the old ones were not able to be brought back into spec), we requested to supply our own drums for half the price. Not having another vehicle, we eventually convinced them (as we were told we had to do) to call the parts store themselves, and have them delivered. It didn't take long for the delivery, but then they announced that the drums we just paid for were warped. Really? After another lengthy wait, they said it would take over 2 hours to have another set delivered, so they would 'try' machining them there. Apparently, that set the mood for the rest of the day, as they went in and out of the work area yelling, slamming their clipboards and phone down, and did I mention taking FOREVER? We had a 10am appt., with the knowledge that our child got out of school at 3:30, and they said it would take 1 1/2-2 hours. We ended up having to call someone to pick up our child and keep them until we finally got home just before dark. The employee(s) must have had some fun on the multiple test drives, since our personal belongings were thrown off the dash. It was also a nice touch to clean everything on one side of the rear end, but leave the other side filthy. Horrible experience all around, except for the fact that the brakes seem to be doing their job.
