Firstly, the ambience is cool, it's busy, bustling and people are clearly having a good time and enjoying their food.
The man behind the counter, was the owner and he was extremely polite, I hate to keep saying cool but that is more descriptive. Very kind, accommodating and wanting you to enjoy his experience.
The food was unlike anything I've had in a crepe. Check out pictures. Where do you get chorizo and eggs in a crepe with homemade salsa? And where do you get a flight of mimosas with different fresh juices? This place is one of a kind and my wife and I absolutely loved it.
If you are ever around, give it a try. I'm seriously doubt you'll regret it.
