  • STAY FAR AWAY! GO WITH ANYONE ELSE! This is the third appointment this week they have failed to show up for to fix problems with my brand new air conditioning unit that they did incorrectly on my brand new house. This is the third day I have wasted waiting on them to show up. When I have called to ask where they were, I was informed that they were behind because it was hot out. Hello! It is June is Phoenix, it is hot EVERY June in Phoenix and a company that has been around should know how to staff and schedule during the summer months. Instead of just installing things correctly the first time, I now have to waste days of my time on them. The first time I tried to be understanding. The second time I booked the first appointment of the day so that way this wouldn't happen and they didn't show up because they had a meeting that ran late and now this is the third time and their window ended 3 hours ago and they told me it would be a few more hours. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO.
