| - Wish I could give negative stars. Guy sets appointment for me. I get there and he switches me to someone else who tells me they are running numbers and then I see him walk out with someone else. Then the car I came to test drive isn't ready. Never deal with this joke of a place for anything
I wasn't treated with courtesy or respect. I never actually got to test drive a vehicle.
I had an appointment with Mike K and I was switched to some other guy who took me to look at a car, that was supposedly going to be ready for me to test drive. But wasn't, then the guy Luis or whatever his name was, tall guy with the white golden knights jersey on. Pushes me to do a credit check even after I said I didn't want to. And then he proceeds to argue with me when I tell him I want the navigation in the explorer, and I told him I didn't want to use the app. He walks away saying they are working on getting the explorer ready since it just came off the truck. The next thing I see he's helping another customer. And I have to grab someone to see what's going on. Mike K comes over and tells me they are working numbers, and I say I'm making a deal on a car I haven't driven. His response you already drive an explorer.. and he offers to get someone To get a white explorer that has the options I was looking for. I explained that friendly ford and I where about $40 dollars a month off with zero down from the explorer I wanted. I even showed them the sticker from that one. Then some guy who I have no idea what his name is comes over showing me payments I don't want, for a vehicle that I hadn't even sat in let alone seen. I asked for my keys, and by this point I'm upset, and as I walking out I explain to the guy who never introduced himself that I'd bought a car from your dealership years ago, the first of my 6 ford vehicles, and I had bad experiences and went to your dealership against my gut feeling. ( there is more that happened, like I didn't want to let them look at my car till I actually found one I wanted)And I won't be back. I wrote my fourth or fifth yelp review in the parking lot and left. This experience has cemented my opinion of your dealership and I won't be back.
I don't like that I have an appointment with one person and then switched to someone else. Then that person just walks away and no one tells me what's going on. And honestly by the time they brought over the numbers I was done with your dealership. Won't be back
