Beware of security camera in "private" massage rooms; what privacy! These people do not like $5's tipping; they WANT $10+, NOT based on service quality but expected. Posted prices are also ambiguous. Not worth what was spent and certainty not going back.
Me and my wife initially went to The Foot Spa at 5030 Spring Mountain location. They were all busy and was referred to this Zen location. Wife had a $30 combination foot and body for an hour. I asked for a deep tissue just body massage and costed $50 due to intensive labor, I guess that's fair. Ended that the lady did tried but definitely not deep; the best being firm. I tipped $5 for her troubles, based on I already paid extra $20 for 'deep' I did not have. The referral lady (she came over to this location on our way out) asked for at least $10 for tipping. When I gave out the extra $5, the masseuse just grab it from my hand and gave me a dirty look. Fine! I might be a cheap customer (if they think so, I don't), they will never see me again. They may as well hope their business can survive in this culture. For me, what is a few extra dollars?!
