I'm not sure why people are giving it poor ratings based on how expensive it is. You are in part paying for the nitrogen effect and even if you were to buy regular fresh made ice cream it's already $5+ for a single scoop.
I really enjoyed the black rice flavour as it closely resembles the Chinese dessert very much and it isn't too overwhelmingly sweet. If you don't care for the dry ice effect, just spend your money elsewhere because their ice cream is good. I think they do put a lot of thought into their flavours and they rotate them on a weekly basis.
