I teeter between 3 and 4 stars for various reasons.
1. i love anything (for the MOST part) mob-related. i have a weird fascination-slash-fear of the mafia.
2. i think the interactive part in the beginning was great! however, then the interactive part dwindled, and I felt like i was left hanging. that part disappointed me.
3. there IS great potential. i hope they are like the Cirque shows and continuously improve the experience based on the feedback of the patrons.
4. the little teeny-bopper trying to sell you the photos at the gift shot was a SNOT. not a snob, a SNOT. i was going to buy the 2 large photos for $23, but when I asked her if they both came framed and she snapped at me? Nah.
All in all, it was a fun experience. i definitely loved the later part where you can read about the mobsters, the history, and the theater about Hollywood and the mob. I will say they need to turn on the AC in that theater tho.
The price is $39.95; but if you're local it's $19.98 (or 19.95 - can't remember). I would definitely NOT pay more than $20 for this, as there are many improvements yet to be made. But definitely glad I did it!
