  • Tyrone Sweet was our limo driver and he was the icing on the cake to make our trip one of the most enjoyable ever. It was easy to book our tour (to Pahrump Winery in Las Vegas) online, payment, info, instructions - all clear, easy and convenient. We received a reminder confirmation a day before the tour. On the morning of the tour, our driver called to say that he was downstairs at our hotel and gave us great instructions on where to find him. As soon as we walked out of the lobby, there was Ty Sweet - standing in front of the limo, with a big smile and a warm greeting before he even said one word - just the look on his face and his body language said - I'm here to make sure you have a good time. His verbal greeting and friendliness confirmed his unspoken demeanor. He got to know us and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our trip every step of the way. Of course, the limo was stacked with amenities for our pleasure - and we pleasured ourselves quite a bit. I would not hesitate to use Presidential Limo again and would request Ty if we could. Hopefully, he is just an example of the staff they hire.
