  • My friend and I had appointments booked at the massage envy in Ahwatukee, but they called and canceled last minute due to a call out. We started calling around to other locations and nobody was able to assist. (Or even seemed interested in assisting despite us explaining what took place). My seventh call was to this Gilbert location. They were very sympathetic and placed me on hold to try to figure out what they could do. The girl (I think her name was Leah) came back with two appointments at the same time. We were extremely grateful! We arrived and both went with our massage therapists. My therapist, Sheena did a great job. She paid close attention to what I wrote on my form and adjusted the pressure applied as needed. Overall I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, genuine caring, and top skills. I signed up for their membership club and I can't wait for my monthly massages!
