  • This review is based solely on customer service. I came here before I had any tattoos and had the intention of getting my first tattoo here. I had just walked here from a competitor (who happened to be quite rude), and upon walking in, Alex was friendly and asked me how he could help. I asked for *custom* script and all he did was direct me to a font book at the side of the shop... pretty bummy. He didn't even listen to what I wanted - didn't ask for WHAT I wanted in script, how I wanted the script to look like...nothing. It was sad since I did some research and this place had a decent rating, so I really wanted to get a tattoo here. I figured if they weren't going to listen to me now, I'm going to go elsewhere, and so I did.
