  • Great Customer Service deverses a good review! Charlotte needs more locally owned ice cream shops, when I'm on a hunt for simple ice cream there are barley any to pick from. I'm not talking about soft serve or ice cream mixed with a million different candies. Ben/Jer is anything but local, however they fit the bill. We made our way into the shop in the middle of a crazy summer thunderstorm and luckily we were the only people in the shop. I couldn't make up my mind on what to get so the simply sampled about 8 different flavors. The employee, ( I wish I had gotten his name) he was friendly and patient with my indecisive self. Seriously, his ice cream recommendations were the best. I decided on strawberry cheese cake and a scoop of Butter Pecan. The portions are huge, the waffles cones were fresh and the service was sweet.
