  • Took my laptop in for a new charging port. A piece was loose inside and I had to hold the cord in a certain position to get it to connect so it would charge. This place fixed it within a few days and it only cost me $120. I was thrilled because the last place I took it to kept it for a week and said they didn't know what was wrong with it, despite me telling them it needed a new jack. Kevin here at Computer Doctor BG quoted me up front and fixed it quickly with no surprise charges or anything shady, which I was grateful for. Nice shop and prompt, no bs service. No trying to sell you on extra stuff or trying to get you to get more unnecessary work done. Will definitely go here again for my computer needs even though it is a littler farther from my house than other shops. It is the best I've found.
