  • Tried to do something nice for my wife by purchasing a package through Groupon. I went online to set up the appointment and the overall process was a joke. I selected the package that I thought matched what I bought, not knowing you literally had to select every service separately. When my wife went in today for her appointment, they denied her the body wrap or polish that I paid for through Groupon. Instead of making it right and perhaps scheduling that service later if they couldn't fit it in today, she was told they would not honor it because it was through Groupon. I am fighting this with everything I have, starting at Groupon, every review site now, and News Channel 3 next. Talk about customer service?!?! I only gave 1 star cause negative numbers aren't available! Germaine needs a serious lesson in ethical business practices. Now that I read other reviews about this place, it pisses me off that I didn't look into more research on this place before sending my loved one there. I feel stupid and cheap and useless as a husband who couldn't get this right. Seriously F*** this place.
