I attempted to place an order for several T-shirts on their website. The website would not allow me to place an order. I called their Customer service and was placed on hold for about ten minutes. The agent told me to call my bank and see if there was a problem. The bank said my account was fine and the problem was with Duluth Trading. I called customer service and was told that they recently had a new system installed and that they were experiencing technical difficulties and that was why my order was not going through. After placing several other calls to Duluth customer service and being put on hold, and being told that the wait time to find out the problem could be a few more hours or possibly two days, I decided to cancel the order. Lets get the system up and operating in a timely manner. Shame on you Duluth Trading.........Jim Casey
