  • Well first of all I was referred to this place by my Co worker and she said she would go no where else. So I drove almost an hr to find this place. They lady that cut my hair I think her name was Karen or Kari I honestly don't remember but she looked younger than me ! I told her what I wanted and she looked like she understood...so she started telling me about a shampoo that would strip the blonde and I'm all natural blonde never had my hair dyed before so I was like wtf are you even talking about! And so she took forever to even trim my hair and when she was finished I swear I have more split ends now that I did when I first went to her and it looks like crap...so disappointed ! She didn't talk to me about products or anything all she talked about was her kid ! And new clients are only supposed to pay 25 but they charged me 35..it's only 10 bucks more but still...I would have kept that extra 10!!! What a waiste of time !
