  • From my initial contact with Eric C, the experience with Innovative Air (IA) was seamless. I was referred to Eric and within a day, he called and asked how he could help. He promptly sent over the estimate for service with a followup (Wednesday) call to discuss each line item. In comparing his service cost to others with the same, his price was fair and competitive. IA does other work in the high-rise condo that I own so I sought out information with positive feedback from the Homeowners association, owners and residents in the building. Eric agreed to work together and scheduled the service date for the following week. On Wednesday, Robert G. called to let me know his plan for installation on the next day. Thursday, Robert checked in to let me know his plan for the day and would follow-up with an update later in the afternoon in which he did! By Friday afternoon, the HVAC installation was complete. Robert and I met first thing Monday morning and he spent about an hour with me explaining the new equipment and maintenance going forward. I am completely satisfied with the product and customer service I received from Innovative Air.
