  • Was there for the SHOT Show. Made the mistake of attempting to get lunch at one of the convention center's places. Waited 45 minutes for a hamburger that wasn't even close to what I ordered. When I tried to tell someone, all I got was attitude. The person who took the orders, the cashier, said, "It wasn't my fault, I didn't take your order, I just take the money". Couldn't find a manager to talk to. Saw several other people waiting over 30 minutes for a hamburger.
