  • Very poor experience. Company is very high pressure and tries to create a constant sense of urgency in obtaining business. It is clear that Express Flooring cares far more about getting "the money" than meeting customer needs. My experience simply involved asking for a quote on carpet and was sent an email, confirming my appointment and also telling me that if I did not make a "buy" decision at the time the consultant came to my house, any and all discounts (promotions) would no longer apply. Very pressured filled approach to the business. I would not recommend this company to anybody and advise those who do have any contact with them to be very careful.
