On the weekend of the 4th of July I stayed at this hotel and the day I was going home accidentally drop the keys from my car into a gap in the elevator, I was told by the staff that I have to pay $1500 to get it out or wait two weeks because the engineer's were gonna inspect the elevator in two weeks, we decided to wait. The staff said they were gonna mail the keys and througt this date 8/19/2014 we haven't received anything. We called several times and nobody knows about the incident. Anybody could have an accident like this and you expect that customer service. I don't live in vegas, I had a key made just so I can get home with my kids and friends.... Dear hotel all I want at this moment are my keys. .. is it hard to accomplish the help to a customer that spent two days at your hotel? Bad bad customer service. ... disappointed for the attitude we get every time we try to contact the hotel and now we need to get a lawyer so we can get help!
