  • I love my Miele vacuum. Quiet, powerful, easy to use. My house has central vac system and I just don't use it because it is loud, the hose is bulky and long and it just doesn't do the job like this Miele. When it appeared to malfunction, I took it back where I bought it: M&R. While one person wrote up the repair order, someone else asked me what wasn't working and quickly diagnosed a clog. Turns out I had inadvertently sucked up a sizable piece of fabric and the machine shut down to prevent overheating. Unplugged, straighten out the bag...good as new and out the door I went. No Charge. Honest, straightforward help. They could have easily charged me whatever. I will never go anywhere else to buy or service my vacuum. Nice folks, too.
