  • I used to go to this location regularly, and it was fine. We haven't had a dog in awhile, so I haven't been back in a few years, until today. What happened?? It was filthy and smelled awful! Many of the shelves were very sparse/empty, with so many things on clearance that I wondered if they were going out of business (?). There was a nasty film on many items, including the credit card scanner at checkout. One of the dog toys I wanted to buy had something sticky on every single one of them, so I passed. I realize they allow dogs, so you're going to get some odor, but this was much worse than normal. I've been home for 5 or 6 hours, and I still reek of the place. They do get one star because the employees were friendly and helpful. I hope this was an anomaly, because I used to like this place. Very disappointing.
