  • When I went in for my 3D scan the lady helping was so nice. I was extremely excited to begin this process until my box finally came in with all of my aligners. THEY LOOKED NOTHING LIKE MY TEETH. Yes, they had my name on it but it was completely reversed. My top teeth are pretty straight yet when I looked at my aligners they had them all crooked and nothing like my upper teeth. Then my lower teeth, my lower teeth are not straight one bit and that's why I originally wanted to use smile direct club. When I looked at my first set of bottom aligners the aligner WAS COMPLETELY STRAIGHT. So, I proceeded to call smile direct club, off Charleston and a man named Daniel answered who couldn't be more rude. I proceeded to tell him how I was upset and wanted to schedule an appointment to get them looked at and he kept cutting me off telling me to just email, not to come in. He was flat out rude and now I will be requesting a refund and going somewhere else where they will actually take the time to do aligners CORRECTLY and have great customer service.
