  • Loveeeee this place! Haven't even been to the pool yet. But the suite on 3rd floor corner is absolutely amazing. Perfect big jacuzzi tub. Two huge rooms. Perfect bed and linen. Old fashioned kind of design but I love that. Nice view. I feel pretty damn spoiled ! We did have a few issues with the room we wanted by the pool. Never got it like they promised on the phone and last night we are here we were on a wild goose chase to go to the pool. Only to find it locked really early:/ bummer. They should keep pool and jacuzzi open for adults till ten am r something not close at 6 pm! Over all the stay was fantastic. We wanted one more day but they are completely booked ! So maybe next time. Mean while through all this stuff we had two guys that really went out of there way to smooth things over and try to please us. Always with professionalism and a smile. Kudos to Valets Mark and Todd B! Made our stay much more pleasant. These guys literally saved the day. :) Ps. Room service is great. Tell them to leave the blue cheese off the steak though. And don't forget to get a map first thing. Hard to find your way around! Over all great experience and we will be back!!!!
