  • I am a big big fan of La Salsa it's always on our list of places to go when we're on the strip. I have been to this location before and have had a five star tasting meal with great service at the bar for lunch. Shrimp tacos are my favorite-not sure what happened on this night but it was a let down. I'm hoping that they reevaluate the dinner time kitchen staff. I was here yesterday and OMG the food has gone downhill. Food was cold and bland. The rice was horrible! The shrimp had NO FLAVOR! The salsa was like ketchup! Enchiladas tasted like a frozen cheap meal! Mango margarita GOOD. I should have gotten a few of these just to get me thru this crappy dinner but they were pricey. Service was friendly. You have to pay for chips and salsa! DEAL BREAKER Located inside Caesar's Palace next to Valet Parking. Get it together! Get a new chef and stop charging for chips and salsa!
